Attention: Boris Pribich
Re: www.autocad3d.com website and content
Our Reference: 60038,4000.00
Dear Mr. Pribich:
I represent Autodesk, Inc. of San Rafael, Califoniia with respect to
intellectual property matters, including trademarks and domain names. As
you know, my client is a world leader in design and graphics software for
the PC and is the producer of the AUTTOCAD® line of products. We see
from your website that you are proficient in the use of these products.
"We see from your website that you are proficient in the use of these
products." -- Admission that AutoCad3D is a skill, not an Autodesk
product.
It has recently come to my client's attention that you appear to be
operating a website at the domain address www.autocad3D.com. This
represents a significant problem for my client, on several levels.
Accordingly, we must ask you to act immediately to close this site and
stop using my client's trademark as a domain name.
Since the domain name, "autocad3D" is identical to one of my client's
significant products, and since it completely incorporates my client's
world famous trademark, it will certainly result in likely confusion in
the marketplace. Further, since it is obviously being used for a
commercial purpose, it represents actual infringement of my client's
trademarks.
""autocad3D" is identical to one of my client's significant products"
-- Not true, 'AutoCAD3D' is a skill, and not even one of Autodesk's
trademarks.
Even more important than the trademark Infringment issues, is the
issue of the content of the site. It is clear that the views expressed
on your site are very controversial and would be considered to be highly
offensive by most observers. While you may have your own opinions, you
re not entitled to express them in a manner which causes them to be
associated with my client. Autodesk, Inc. is a business which cannot be
associated in any way with political, ideological or any other form of
expression which may offend customers, investors or the public. Therefore,
just as would be the case had your site contained pornographic materials,
we must object strongly and demand that this be stopped inmmiediately.
The content of your Website has significant potential to harm my client's
reputation, if, indeed, such harm has not already occurred.
"views expressed on your site are very controversial" --
Only Jews who are a 2.4% minority in the U.S would object as they
themselves proved
regarding the content of CompuSerb which expressed "controversial
views" to a much larger extent.
While my client always prefers to deal as amicably and cooperatively
as possible in disputes over intellectual property, this is a matter
where we cannot afford to wait patiently. Each day that your site is
online, our potential for dainage increases. Accordingly, please
immediately shut down the autocad3d.com website and provide us with
written confiniiation of such. We will be ready to take further and
decisive action if this has not occurred within ten (10) days of the
date of this letter.
"We will be ready to take further and decisive action"
-- Is Mr. Hughes willing to restate his claims under penalty of
perjury, or will his firm depend on a Jew judge to conspire in
forgery of
jury instructions as did judge Leon Kaplan of the State of California
Superior Court?
If you, or your legal counsel, wish to discuss any aspect of this
matter, please contact me direlctly. I look forward to hearing from you
promptly with your cooperative response.
"I look forward to hearing from you" -- Well Mr Hughes, you just
did; we are all being heard in a public forum before the American people
who are entitled to know that when some Jews commit moral turpitude all
Jews stand up as one as they did against
Germany
in 1933.
Sincerely,
"Sincerely"? -- Instead of showing a concern for a victim of
conspiracy who lost countless clients and tens of thousands of dollars
in income in the past several years, Autodesk makes false claims to
a customer's skills.

November 16, 2001
October 22, 2001 Autodesk filed a complaint with the National
Arbitration Forum regarding Trademark infringment requesting that
domain AutoCAD3D.com be tranfered to Autodesk. In that complaint
Martin Konopken makes false allegations
regarding content of AutoCAD3D.com which is typical of Jews who joined
JDL's conspiracy
against the founder of the American Defense League. Instead of expressing
concern for a non-Jew's Civil Rights Konopken took the position that Mr.
Pribich should starve to death quietly and not publicize the fact that Jews
are behind the threat of death by starvation. Mr. Pribich has been patiently
gathering evidence and is now ready to file criminal charges with the U.S.
Department of Justice against all conspirators. To be continued . . . .
